We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Intelligence Automation Analyst to join our team.

**What you will be responsible for**
- Providing support for the Bank's 'simple & easy' strategy and automation programme of work
- Leading discovery, reviewing and challenging current processes through to successful implementation and refinement
- Championing change to improve the customer experience and reduce customer and staff effort
- Helping to develop options that will simplify and where possible automate processes and workflows
- Driving business readiness and understanding for automation to minimise barriers to adoption
- Driving best practice through intelligent automation solutions and how ASB can maximise value through their use
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders enabling you to challenge ways of working and thinking to drive improvements for ASB.

**What you will bring to the role**
- A strong focus on process and process improvement
- Innovative thinking and analytical skills
- An ability to visualise the impact of decisions
- Quality project and product management
- Experience in coaching less-experienced team members and leading change
- Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies
- An ability to develop, document and present simple business cases
- Verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- An ability to meet critical deadlines
- Broad-based banking/financial services, consulting or service industry experience
- An ability to plan, execute and manage projects and competing priorities
- Successful leadership of end-to-end process transformation and business improvement projects
