The Cafe Manager role offers an exciting opportunity for the experienced cafe professional looking to take the next step in their career.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
The Cafe Manager role will involve:

- Oversight of the running of the cafe based inside of Scenic Hotel Southern Cross including rosters and staff training
- Planning and assisting in the design of seasonal cafe menus.
- Taking a proactive approach to implementing service improvements to drive success.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required**
- 3-5 years relevant cafe experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and
- An LCQ qualification, and a current Managers Certificate would be valued
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

**About the role**:

- Based at he Scenic Hotel Southern Cross in Dunedin,
- Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Rotating roster that will include some weekends.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent position
