**About the role**

To provide effective and efficient infringement administration and support through the provision of expert knowledge and technical advice, and professional customer service.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- A tertiary qualification preferably in Business
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in operations ideally in customer services or parking
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and rules preferred
- Capable of using MS Office and Visio Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Excellent problem solver and analytical
- Good judgement, able to make good sound decisions
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of negotiation, conflict
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding accuracy to detail and able to meet deadlines
