Leading our Christchurch Parts and Warehouse teams, you will provide direction and alignment with the company goals and values.

You will support your team members to be successful in their roles, while providing development opportunities; lead health and safety and sustainability initiatives; promote excellence within the customer experience; and drive continuous improvement in all that we do.

You will be fully supported by the Branch Operations Manager, who has recently been promoted from the Parts Manager role, and by a stable and supportive wider operational and management team.

**What we are looking for**:

- Parts experience in our or a similar industry preferable
- Strong people, communication and leadership skills
- Experience working directly with customers, building positive relationships
- Technical/computer skills as we progress on our digitalisation journey
- Energy, motivation and drive to succeed in all that you do
