**Then come and join our global team as **a **Country General Manager **to shape the future in strategic partnership within the New Zealand and Pacific Islands markets.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
You will be passionate about healthcare, supporting growth and customer satisfaction of our business by leading and collaborating with our established sales team, service excellence team and market leaders within our products’ team. Your role will span across all areas of our business including Diagnostic Imaging, Advanced Therapies, Ultrasound, Laboratory Diagnostics and Digital Services. You will be a strong mentor, coach and leader within our business, driving the strategic initiatives for you and your team for our key customers, executing sales targets and customer service activities for Siemens Healthineers in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands to increase customer success and sales growth.

**Your qualifications and experience**:
You will be an experienced Senior Sales/General Manager, who has a reputation for developing strong and strategic relationships from clinical to C-level. You will have experience in coaching, mentoring and working closely with sales and customer service teams, and significant experience in Health, Health Technology or the Medical Devices Industry. You will have a proven track record of managing teams and the ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization. A demonstrable track record working with and selling capital equipment is desirable.

This position will involve some travel and you must be an Australia or New Zealand citizen or have New Zealand permanent residency.
