We are now seeking applicants to join our Customer Experience Move Management team under the Allied Moving Services brand for a 6 month contract. This role offers a hybrid work set up post training - 2 days office / 3 days work from home. This role is available to applicants able to work in our Mt Wellington (Auckland); Dandenong (Melbourne) and Richlands (Brisbane) locations

Reporting to the Team Leader - Inbound, the Move Management Consultant is responsible for coordinating the E2E process of the imports process in an efficient and timely manner for our consumer clients.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Receive and register all import documentation into relevant systems and forwarded to clients and/or appropriate internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively communicate with clients at all times
- Closely monitor shipment arrival schedules and ensure early reporting to Customs
- Professional liaison with sister companies, franchises, partner agents, agents, Customs and Quarantine Authorities, shipping companies and other commercial entities all times
- Communicate and arrange the delivery of household goods.
- Administration and maintenance of all Import files

Who are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience in a similar household goods, imports coordination, international freight movement or customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including clients
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as managing their workload autonomously.
- Have the drive to take on new challenges and develop skills to support the wider team and service delivery to customers.
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed
- Be highly organised with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills
