Ngā kawenga | About the role
- We are looking for a strong team player who can manage office logistics and processes to join our team. Based at Christchurch Men's Prison Mātāpuna Special Treatment Unit you will work closely with the Manager Psychological Services to support our group of registered professionals in the provision of their work, office processes and project activities. With a keen eye for detail, you will be instrumental in supporting our business unit, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers across the country. Possessing exceptional communication and organisational skills, your duties and responsibilities will be dynamic including:

- Co-ordination and management of the referral process and Parole Board requests.
- Co-ordination and organisation of meetings, functions, seminars and other events on behalf of the team.
- Travel and expenses coordination.
- Health, Safety and Wellbeing representation.
- Monthly reporting, presentations, and training of new staff on office procedures.
- General correspondence.
- IT and cell phone management.
- Maintaining and updating records, systems, registers and files.
- Developing office systems that enhance efficiencies and ensure legal and professional obligations are met.
- Supporting the Manager Psychological Services with Privacy Act and Official Information Act requests.
- A mixture of other general office related functions.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The full salary range is $60,018 - $68,013 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
