**Mō tō mātou rōpū | About the team**

The Department of Management and International Business, one of seven departments within the Faculty of Business and Economics, is ranked highly amongst other management departments in New Zealand. The teaching programme is strong and innovative and the quality of teaching, as judged by student evaluations and by peer review, is very high. The academics in the Department of Management and International Business have an excellent publication record and are publishing their work in the very best journals in their field. Their research is organised in five disciplinary areas: 1) Organisation Behaviour and Human Resources 2) Critical, Maori and Pacific Island Organisation Studies 3) International Business 4) Strategy and Innovation and 5) Entrepreneurship. The Department offers a full suite of degree programmes, including contributing to undergraduate core courses, three undergraduate major in Management, International Business and Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Honours, Masters, and PhD programmes. The Department also contributes to the Master of Business Administration, the Master of Business Management, the Master of Business Development and the PGDertLDGov in the Graduate School of Management.
