We have embarked on an exciting journey to create a newly integrated Arts, Culture and Heritage Manager position that will oversee our Museums, Libraries, and Theatre facilities. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team in this pivotal role.

**About the Role**:
As the Manager of Arts, Culture, and Heritage, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision to bring together the diverse cultural resources of our organization. You will be responsible for fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration while ensuring our Museums, Libraries, and Theatre facilities serve as a cornerstone of cultural enrichment for our community.

**Key Focus Points for the Role**:
**Integration and Collaboration**:Lead the integration of our Museums, Libraries, and Theatre facilities, creating a cohesive environment that promotes collaboration, synergy, and the delivery of a comprehensive cultural experience for our community.

**External Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including local artists, community organizations, and government bodies. Work collaboratively to promote and enhance our cultural programs and initiatives.

**Team Leadership**: Provide inspirational leadership to a talented and diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence. Encourage creativity and mentorship within the team.

**Financial Oversight**: Ensure the financial sustainability of the Arts, Culture, and Heritage department, including budget management, resource allocation, and the development of revenue-generating strategies.

**Community Enrichment**: Develop and implement programs and initiatives that engage, educate, and enrich our community through arts, culture, and heritage. Encourage cultural diversity, creativity, and inclusivity.

**What you’ll bring**:

- A qualification in Arts, Culture, Business Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within cultural institutions,
- Demonstrated success in bringing together diverse cultural resources for community enrichment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
