**The role we are offering you**:
The Optimisation Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sales, implementation and ongoing successful operation of a variety of optimization products (though primarily Pairing and PBS / Rostering optimisation) with existing and new clients. This will involve both external client facing and internal product related aspects of optimisation execution and analyst work.

International travel may be required as part of this role.

**Are you ready to**:

- Analyse customer requirements to generate user stories
- Provide gap analysis for new andexisting customers (and associated documentation)
- Perform testing and quality assurance as required on product areas related to optimisation.
- Demonstrate product functionality to internal and external users
- Evaluate configuration changes to support business processes
- Detailed and accurate investigation and analysis of optimisation results (benchmark and operational)
- Mentor and upskill junior team members in optimisation result investigation and analysis.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement
- Providing experience and knowledge into strategic and conceptual optimisation direction.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with relevant stakeholders
- Complete deliverables within agreed upon timeframes
- Deliver a high level of optimisation support to a global customer base
- 3+ years of previous experience with Pairing and Roster / PBS Optimisation systems within the Crew Planning area of airline operations
- 3+ years employment within the Crew Planning area across 1 or more airlines
- Relevant computer science or the equivalent bachelor’s degree
- Technical business analyst work experience an advantage
- Knowledge of software development / structure and design processes
- Experience with the optimisation needs of difference size / complexity of airlines in different geographical markets would be advantageous

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
