We are looking for a “hands on” Duty Manager who has a positive, outgoing, and friendly manner to represent our store. You will need to be committed to leading staff across many areas to deliver merchandising results and ensure the security and well-being of people onsite, management of plant & equipment and overview of the whole store at all times.

If you can satisfy most of the criteria below, we’d love to hear from you
- Be available for shifts that involve closing the store at 10pm
- Must hold a current Liquor Manager's Certificate (previously held one or be able to obtain one)
- Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service in a retail or similar industry.
- Have an outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Have a strong work ethic and be able to stay calm under pressure.
- Display a solid level of maturity whilst being able to fit into a diverse team.
- Ability to lead a team by example.

Ideally, you’ll have some retail or hospitality experience in a similar role with proven excellence in managing an operation. Experience in a supermarket environment is desirable, preferably in a management role.

The position is a full-time role and will include working a weekend shift. The hours and remuneration will be discussed at an interview.
