Flooring Xtra North Shore sells floor coverings (carpet, wood, laminate and vinyl) to residential and commercial customers. We are the market leader and part of a group of 61 individually owned stores throughout NZ.
We are a finishing trade that puts the finishing touches on a customers refresh, renovation, or new build project. It is a trade that is seen and felt, visually transforming a home. It provides the customer with an exciting feeling of completion and satisfaction.

**About The Role**:
- Provide a warm, inviting, and enjoyable showroom experience for customers. This includes offering a high level of customer care and accuracy as well as a clean and tidy showroom
- Sample Management

- Provide admin support when required

**About You**
- A warm, bubbly person who enjoys building relationships with clients. You will have a natural ability in providing an exceptional experience to all of our customers.
- An amazing attitude to solve issues with a positive mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and thrive on being highly organised with the ability to multitask and keep track of several projects at the same time.
- Proficient computer skills and use of technology. We use various software to ensure quality customer service, accuracy and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability and able to think on your feet.
- Clean, current drivers license
- Self starter who can work in a team and autonomously.
- A down-to-earth, practical approach to doing business with the ability to relate to a wide range of internal and external customers.
