- Based at either Windermere Campus, Tauranga or Mokoia Campus, Rotorua
- Complex and diverse role leading an extremely capable and fun team

The Clinical Placement Lead is a member of the Clinical Team which is part of the Health, Education & Environment Faculty. The Clinical Placement Lead develops and maintains new student clinical placements for all Nursing courses and manages stakeholder relationships.

The Clinical Placement Lead will:

- Be responsible for the clinical placements for the Bachelor of Nursing students
- Manage and coordinate Student Nurse Educators
- Work in tandem with the Academic Leader of Nursing
- Motivate and guide staff to meet team objectives
- Manage student expectations and seek authentic resolutions if needed

As the ideal applicant you will have proven capability and experience in the following:

- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Management, Nursing or equivalent experience
- Registered Nurse with current APC
- Current and clean Driver’s license
- Experience and knowledge in clinical and/or academic processes within a tertiary environment or health provider
- Be self-monitoring and driven to complete tasks to a high standard
- Management experience
- Knowledge of the area and community in which placements occur
