About the Role Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty are looking for a passionate leader to manage the recruitment and placement of graduate nurses, fostering their development from academic study to clinical practices.
This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who excels in collaboration with tertiary providers and nursing leaders, creating a positive and impactful learning experience for the next generation of nurses.
The position offered will be working 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week).
About You To succeed in the role, applicants will have:
Relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification Current Annual Practice Certificate Experience in Adult Teaching Demonstrated ability to collaborate with tertiary providers and clinical placement areas to ensure meaningful and positive learning experiences for student/tauira. Active participation in the Professional Development and Recognition Programme (PDRP) is highly desirable for candidates.

We serve a population of approximately 308,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatane, Kawerau, and Opotiki.
