Volpara’s screening technology enables radiologists to quantify breast tissue with precision and helps technologists produce mammograms with optimal image quality, positioning, compression, and dose.
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting Volpara’s Salesforce instance, including taking the lead on managing their user accounts and access, producing dashboards and reports, as well as assisting with data management initiatives. When this role is successful users have access to the right information at the right time to best support efforts to deliver exceptional sales and customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact for user management, user requests, permissions and training.
- Proactively conducts system maintenance including and deliver user training.
- Participate in security reviews, health checks and business continuity planning.
- Work with users and stakeholders to identify and gather requirements to support internal projects.
- Participate in change management and data governance, including manage sandbox environments.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes and monitor user adoption.
- Maintain data to ensure Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Produce and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles and user guides. Deliver user training.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Salesforce product knowledge and at least 18 months hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or working toward certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification preferred but not required.
- A proactive attitude to continuous improvement and a desire to implement best practice solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and skillsets.
- Experience working with change management and data governance.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
