Our role is to provide professional trustee services for Māori. We do this by carrying out the terms of trusts and ensuring the whenua is protected and enhanced for future generations.

**He angitūtanga: About the Role**:
Based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara | Wellington, this role is responsible for supporting the Whenua Services Team, who as a whole ensure farms, orchards, crops and forests are being well managed. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Whenua Services team and supporting the Whenua Services manager
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders including Farm Managers/Supervisors, Orchard/Crop Managers/Supervisors, Forest Managers.
- Support the Whenua Services Manager in planning, monitoring and reporting of financial information
- Preparing documentation and completion of follow up activities to a high standard
**He korero mou: What we are looking for**:
- 2-3 years' experience in agribusiness/ farming.
- A relevant agribusiness or agriscience qualification.
- A strong understanding of operating farm systems and farm management.
- Good working knowledge of dairy and drystock farm operations.
- Understanding of farm financial accounts
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships, both internal and external with specific reference to on-farm teams, including farm supervisors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics NAV, SharePoint and/or M365 is a bonus.
- A desire and ability to practise correct pronunciation of Te Reo Māori is essential
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential.
