**ULTIMATE CARE ROSEDALE - VILLAGE CO-ORDINATOR**

The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand with 9 facilities offering independent Living Units (Retirement Village).

Ultimate Care Rosedale is looking for a
**Part-time Village Co-Ordinator **who for the village residents will be responsible for the delivery of resident services, enjoyment, safety and their wellbeing while they reside with us, additionally for the business this role is focuses on village sales and refurbishments of the apartments.

**About the role**:

- You must be able to work one weekend day a week
- You a people and excellent service focused as this role is first point of contact for all communications, concerns and complaints for the residents.
- You will over see the entire sales process from initial enquiry to successful sales outcomes
- Oversee and enable a smooth and positive transition for new residents settling into their new home
- You will manage the initial complaints process and work with the national manager to report and resolve matters.

**What will you bring**:

- Knowledge and understanding of the Retirement Villages Act
- Your quick and motivated learner attitude to enable you to pick up, implement and adhere to required compliance.
- Flexibility, to be successful in this role flexibility and being able think quickly on your feet and adapt are key
- Sales experience and a people centred approach
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A valid first aid certificate or be willing to undertake training
- A skill set that has strengths in autonomy, professionalism and active listening
