**We are looking for an experienced Business Support and Executive Assistant to cover a 12 month period of parental leave. In this role you’ll not only support the NZ Managing Director and members of the NZ Leadership Team, but you will also play a pivotal role in our team and office environment, organising business-wide events and meetings, and providing general support in the office.**

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Managing the travel arrangements and expense claims for the MD and providing support for the leadership team where required, including making arrangements and itineraries for overseas visitors
- Event coordination for all leadership team meetings, all company-wide meetings, social club events, some aspects of our company conference, and the annual Christmas Event.

**What you will bring**

Advanced skills in Microsoft Teams and Outlook is required, in addition to proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP and Concur is also advantageous.

Our office environment is friendly and lots of fun, and alongside the support you’ll provide the leadership team, this role is key to creating the events and moments that our people enjoy. You need to thrive on the planning & organisation required to bring events together and be able to manage the busy periods that inevitably occur in this type of role.

Due to the support you provide the leadership team and the business, whilst flexibility to work from home is available, it is expected that you’ll work from our office in Avondale 3-4 days per week. Most our people do, we’re sure you’ll love it to
