Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Collective Agreement Implementation Administrator provides support to the Collective Agreement Implementation Specialist for the implementation, planning and monitoring of Agreements across Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide support to the Collective Agreement Implementation Specialist with the implementation and monitoring of Collective and Individual Employment Agreement implementations across our payroll system (AMS Leader) and our time and attendance system (Mahi ē Taea). This may involve leading an Agreement implementation, creating and managing employee letters and regular auditing to ensure we have robust and sustainable processes with accurate information.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
As the ideal person for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 5+ years NZ payroll experience
- 5+ years' experience in a large complex payroll environment
- 5+ years working in an environment with multiple collective agreements
- Sound understanding of the Holidays Act 2003, Parental Leave Act, KiwiSaver Act, Wages Protection Act and other relevant legislation.
- A strong customer focus ethos.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt, working well in a team and on your own.
- Excellent communication with intermediate to advanced level of computing skills.
