- Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment with precision and care
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling materials following established procedures
- Keep kitchen tools and equipment tidy and organized for seamless culinary operations
- Assist Senior Chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing delightful dishes
- Ensure kitchen appliances and tools are sparkling clean and in excellent working condition
- Follow the regular cleaning rosters and standard procedures for deep cleaning of floors, walls, coolers, ovens and operating equipment

**Qualifications**
You will be:

- Experienced working in a Kitchen or Restaurant within the hotel industry is preferred, but not essential
- Physically resilient to manage the demands of a fast-paced kitchen
- A charming, upbeat, and optimistic personality with a "Can Do" attitude
- Passionate about hospitality and culinary arts, and have the ambition to become one of Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport's Chefs one day
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Able to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment
