Bravo is a premium boutique agency in Auckland with a business operations record of over 28 years. Our agency operates predominantly within the wider hospitality sector, we also take care of selected warehousing and retail clients that appreciate our natural hospitality approach.
As our business is constantly growing, we need to boost our management team with a dedicated Hospitality Staffing Coordinator. This is a lower to intermediate management role, relevant to an experienced front-of-house supervisor or similar, wanting to progress into another hospitality role.
Essential Duties:

- Administration of our 7-day roster (casual, temp, full-time staff) with our dedicated rostering software
- Working closely with another Coordinator in this area and sharing relevant responsibilities
- Working closely with our management team to achieve common goals and business interests
- High-quality client services communication, in person, on the phone and in writing
- Processing client bookings and staff forecasting
- Staff interviews, employment and administration
- Working selected out-of-office assignments to understand our client’s business needs, especially during hospitality peak periods

The Person:

- Has a knowledge of the Auckland hospitality scene
- A lover of hospitality with all the excitement and flaws it presents
- Experience in front of house, especially food & beverage at a supervisory level or similar
- An excellent communicator, friendly and polite, able to talk with a wide range of people
- An up-and-go energetic, positive and committed worker, that can work independently or in a team
- Able to quickly solve problems and not leave things to the last minute
- Although our office services operate predominantly Monday to Friday regular business hours; we are still a 365-day service, so the expectation is to be flexible with on-call duties, some evening and weekend work as the business requires.
- Valid NZ drivers license essential.
