The Nurse Leader, Operations Quality and Performance is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic direction and leadership to nursing operations, quality, and patient safety in partnership with the Hospital Operations Managers and service Nurse Leaders.
This new nursing leadership opportunity enables key benefits:
- promote agility, contemporary nursing informatics, critical responsiveness, clinical and cultural safety in nursing operations.
- provide strategic leadership and direction for quality, safety and risk management in the district wide nursing organisation guided by evidence-based practice and optimal performance of nursing to the achievement of Pae Ora and Toi Ora.
- Leads the nursing leadership and development of the Occupational Health and Infection & Control Teams.
**He Korero mōu - About You**
You are a Senior Nursing Clinician with significant experience in a large complex health care organisation in Aotearoa/New Zealand. Your practice experience demonstrates commitment to the provision of a quality service demonstrated by advanced knowledge and experience with acute and or elective nursing services.
You have experience of safe staffing and the CCDM programme of work plus proven experience leading varied nursing teams.
