**About Tautoko Mai**
Tautoko Mai was established in 2010 by a group of doctors and nurses working in the area of sexual assault assessments, who were concerned about the lack of a service to co-ordinate care and support for clients and their families.
Tautoko Mai Sexual Harm Support is a for-purpose, non-profit organisation, governed by a Board of Trustees. They employ a combination of full time employees and contractors consisting of Head Office staff, Counsellors, Social Workers, Psychologists, Nurses and Doctors.
Their purpose is to support all people and communities affected by sexual harm towards wellbeing through healing, education and prevention.
**The Role**
The CFO will ensure sound financial practice in all aspects of the organisation, aligned with legislative and contractual requirements. The role will also ensure the CEO and Board are equipped to make sound strategic financial decisions, thus ensuring the sustainability, efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation, and further grow the impact of Tautoko Mai services in our communities.
**Reporting to the CEO, responsibilities include;**
- Support the CEO with strategic vision
- Leading a small transactional finance team
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Contracts and Tendering
- Reporting
- Treasury - cashflow, liquidity and investment strategy
- Tax
**About You**
You will have a drive to deliver business outcomes and bring a strategic skillset to capitalise on investment and growth opportunities. Ideally you will bring the following;
- CA qualification
- Experience leading a finance function
- Experience in the Not-For-Profit sector, in particular funding and budget management
- Experience in a role of strategic influence within an organisation
- An existing understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- An effective team player and proven senior leader
