Seeking a professional who is passionate about creating learning experiences that are useful, accessible, and engaging across a range of learners.
We're looking for an experienced Instructional Designer who can work with a dedicated team that includes a Business Partner and other Instructional Designers to ensure the design, development, and delivery of innovative ways to learn and grow capability in our Property Rights Group and Contact Centre.
We need someone who brings fresh thinking around learning design and the ability to work collaboratively within our established team.
Working within our People group our new Instructional Designer will:
- Utilise our design suite (Adobe Creative, Articulate 360, MS products and Rise) to develop great learning experiences in various formats, including online modules, guides, and video tutorials.
- Regularly review and revise the learning content based on customer feedback or to incorporate new information or updates.
- Be a trusted instructional design expert for our Contact Centre and Property Rights Group.

- Proven design and development experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, MS products and Rise.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts including measurement and evaluation methods.
- Ability to develop and integrate innovate learning approaches into the design and development of technical learning.
- Proven experience at designing solutions for complex technical learning outcomes.
- Highly collaborative, agile, and flexible.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Proven experience working to a project methodology to deliver to scope, time, and cost outcomes.
- Strong relationship management, influencing and engagement skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- Experience in Totara or other Learning Management Systems.
- A background in operations/frontline environments preferred.

**The annual salary range for this role is**: $89,500 - $103,000.
