This crucial coordination is instrumental in guaranteeing uninterrupted services for the individuals we support, even in the face of unforeseen challenges. As a Schedule Coordinator, you'll be extensively engaged in frequent phone communication with Support Workers, managing advance rosters, and promptly handling short-notice sick leave requirements. Your ability to remain resilient and composed in our high-pressure environment will be the key to consistently achieving the required deliverables, even amidst unexpected circumstances.

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous administration experience (scheduling or rostering experience highly desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.
  • Experience with Conflict Management and the ability to reach an outcome quickly.
  • Experience working within a variable environment and the ability to prioritise to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Confidence with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, and the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
