**Your Function**
- Become the first point of contact for commercial opportunities and inquiries from dealers for New Zealand.
- Development of dealer relationships that attract a high-quality customer base.
- Contribute to the training and development of the sales teams at dealerships to ensure a level of understanding of the benefits of finance products and programs.
- Assist AGCO with their program management by providing competitive information along with critical dealer feedback. In addition to the system management of these programs.
- Assist with the roll out of digital solutions and news processes to improve the dealer and farmer experience.
- Attendance at AGCO product events.
- To assist in the development and implementation of AGCO’s and AGCO Finance’s marketing and strategic plans including new product development.
- Management of operating lease quotations for your dealers.
- Protection of company assets through prompt actions regarding retail and wholesale collections in cooperation with the Risk Management staff.

**Your Profile**
- A strong customer experience focus.
- Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and a strong customer service focus.
- Team player with energy, respect and enthusiasm - a desire to get things done in a fair and professional manner.
- Interest in and the ability to learn finance.
- An affinity with the rural sector is preferred but not essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in either commerce, marketing, business, agribusiness, or finance preferred but not essential.
- High level of proficiency in computing
- High attention to detail and good time management skills
- Self-starter, able to self-motivate and work autonomously
