We are looking for a **part-time** Worker Relations Stakeholder Co-ordinator extraordinaire to join our telco team based out of our Wiri office.

Reporting to the Worker Relations Stakeholder Manager, the purpose of this new role is to provide administration support to ensure contractors are fully compliant with all aspects of employment law therefore reducing the risk to Downer on all third-party engagement.

- HR advisory, employment relations, employment agreements, knowledge, or experience
- Proficient at Excel and other Microsoft products
- Payroll experience would be advantageous
- Great eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
