Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Greater Auckland? Allied Retail Group division of Tasman Liquor is looking for a passionate and driven Retail Business Manager to be the driving force behind our retail member stores in New Zealand. Your role is all about elevating our brand presence and supporting our retail members in achieving sales and profitability goals.

**What you’ll do**

Territory Management:

- Explore the vibrant city of Auckland and visit our retail partners.
- Play a key role in expanding our family of retail member stores.
- Forge robust relationships with retailers and suppliers.
- Keep your visits organized with a well-maintained call cycle, detailed territory plans, and comprehensive customer records and reports.
- Be the go-to problem solver for any customer issues.
- Stay on the cutting edge of market trends and provide valuable insights.
- Empower and nurture our retail team's growth.

Store Standards & Execution:

- Drive the visual appeal of our brand across retail stores.
- Contribute to exciting store refurbishment projects.
- Get hands-on in developing and executing key retail programs.
- Be part of the excitement surrounding new store openings.

**What you’ll bring**
- A professional with a track record in retail sales and operations, especially in the dynamic liquor or FMCG landscape.
- Exceptional skills in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, from small business visionaries to corporates.
- A knack for store planograms and other space management tools.
- Proficiency in "retail math," with a sharp eye for sales data analysis.
- Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
