We require a registered health professional who has a current Practicing Certificate who has knowledge of health and disability issues affecting older people and their families/whānau.
The assessment tool used is the online interRAI Home Care tool which requires proficiency in Information Systems and demonstrated assessment skills.
This is a permanent part-time position 0.6 FTE working 48 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday based in Whakatāne.

**To be considered for the role we are looking for**:

- Registered Health Professional with current annual practicing certificate
- Some Gerontology knowledge
- Knowledge of Health and Disability services
- Experience working in the community
- Competent computer skills
- Previous/current familiarity accessing clinical information systems
- Advanced communication skills
