A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Hamilton branch for an ambitious person looking to progress their career in the financial services industry.

**About the role**:
Working alongside our highly successful Investment Advisers, the role of the Private Wealth Associate entails:

- Supporting the business growth of our experienced Investment Advisers
- Reviewing and analysing existing client portfolios
- Daily portfolio monitoring and actions
- Assisting with preparation of client proposals and recommendations
- Preparing client reports
- Co-ordinating the client review process on behalf of the Advisers
- Client profiling and Investment Policy Statement production
- Processing order transactions from Advisers and order monitoring
- Collating research and other client communications

Client relationship building and networking is also a component of this role and as such, you will assist with arranging and supporting the Advisers at functions and client networking events.

**About you**:

- A tertiary degree in either Finance, Commerce, Business or a related field
- At least three years’ experience in a financial services environment or equivalent
- A sound understanding of market terminology and knowledge of industry regulation
- An aptitude for complex IT systems and an excellent knowledge of MS Office products as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Well-developed data analysis experience with strong numerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to manage time and multi-task with the ability to handle deadlines and workload pressures
- The ability to learn new skills quickly and embrace new technology and systems.
