**The opportunity**:
- As the Revenue Support Officer, you will support divisions with their engagements and billings, maintain data integrity checks, resolve billing and reporting queries and will work on a **permanent part-time basis (25 hours per week).**

**Day to day you will**:
- Undertake processes around client integrity checks.
- Respond to billing, reporting, and WIP management queries and provide training where required.
- Maintain system, perform data integrity checks, and manage IBS data uploads.
- Address errors related to expired or withdrawn SANs.
- Manage timesheets, including missing timesheets and delegates.
- Manage the Practice Management inbox.

**What you'll bring to our team**:
- Proven experience in executing operational activities within a specific function, while also supporting the implementation of strategic priorities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively interact with colleagues possessing varying levels of expertise and a genuine customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive individual with initiative, sound judgment, and persistence when addressing potential issues.
- Proficiency in Excel.
