You will be working autonomously and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, within a best practice, person and family/whanau centred approach to assessment and rehabilitation.

As a community-based Registered Psychologist, you will have a real passion and dedication to all aspects of service delivery and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with your clients and their families. You will work with a wide range of people with illness, injury or disabilities, providing assessment and rehabilitation programmes and support.

This role will require visiting clients in their homes. You will need to be comfortable travelling in the Manawatu region.

**What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga**

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following requirements:

- NZ Registered Psychologist under the clinical scope of practice and with current APC
- A minimum of two years post graduate experience
- Experience in community-based rehabilitation; working with people with TBI, spinal cord injuries, and trauma in the home and or community.
- Membership with either NZPsS & ICP or NZCCP
- An understanding and appreciation of Te Ao Maori
- Clean Full NZ Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficient computer and IT knowledge
