**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute digital paid amplification strategies and comprehensive Google & YouTube campaign implementations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Drive campaigns execution, to optimization and beyond to meet key performance metrics across given channels.
- Ensure campaign success by managing bids and budgets to meet defined KPI’s.
- Optimize campaigns to deliver the best return on investment for agreed metrics.
- Manage budgets across brands and geographies, analyzing and recommending modifications to ad spend to optimize the overall media strategy.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with broader teams to inform ongoing content and campaign strategies.
- Monitor web engagement & conversion metrics to suggest content optimisation strategies.
- Deliver week to week media reporting & meeting recaps, to identify key learnings to govern ongoing strategies, including sharing these learnings with the wider team with excellent communication.
- Analyse end of campaign results and recommend adjustments to optimize media strategy.
- Stay on top of new developments in the social and digital media space, including new features and functions of Google platforms, to explore opportunities for enhancing campaign performance.
- Test new features & functions of the Google platforms.
- Participate in bi-weekly Google office hour calls to contribute to upcoming campaign planning and stay informed about platform updates.
- Handle invoice processing and communicate updates on payment statuses to the supplier.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 1-2+ years proven track record of paid social campaign performance across Google, Facebook or any similar platform, tied back to business/campaign goals and measured by key performance metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube advertising, and other relevant tools and platforms.
- Proactive, self-starter who takes full pride and ownership in their work. Doesn’t wait for step-by-step instructions, believes in their ability, and works closely with their team to execute to the best of their ability at all times.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
- Experience managing campaign media schedules & reporting, and a track record of executing on effective and efficient results at each stage of the marketing funnel.
- Understands the importance of budget optimisation down to each individual impression, and the role of different channels in the wider digital eco-system.
- Highly adaptable and low-friction style of working. Comfortable working with multiple ethnicities, ages, backgrounds, skill sets and personalities. Mentally tough, confident and results driven. Displays radical candour yet empathy at every turn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, stay organised, and manage time effectively with a strong can-do-attitude.
- Certification in Google Ads or related digital marketing certifications is a plus.
