**About the role**

The purpose of the Applications Support Specialist role is to support, improve and enhance Powerco's Business Applications with huge focus on SAP. You will be the escalation for our Service Experience Team and provide second/third level support for both Incident and Service Requests.

**Skills & Experience**

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP environments, including the following SAP products: BTP, BTP Integration Suite, S4/HANA. BW/4HANA;
- and SAC advantageous but not essential
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality
- Experience with SAP ABAP, workflows, CDS views
- Experience with SQL, Database Management, JSON, Active Directory
- Have a focused, can-do attitude and can work autonomously
- Creating Knowledge sharing articles, documentation, troubleshooting guides and training material for peers, other teams or business stakeholders.
- Enjoy developing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and key stakeholders
