As a Graduate Engineer (Material Engineer), you will be responsible for project control activity globally. Also, drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation. Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer.

As a Graduate Engineer (Material Engineer), you will be responsible for:

- Being technical focal point to develop a scope of work and plan schedule and monitor engineering activities for customer projects.
- Leading and interfacing with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Baker Hughes Product Engineering, Sourcing, Engineering sub-contractors.
- Working with people from business unit, specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Communicating with direct team and supervisor. Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from mechanical/material engineering or related field of study.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Be a team player and display good communication skills
- Be able to work solo.
- Have good problem solving skills.
