**The Role**:
Based in the Palmerston North branch, you will operate in somewhat of a hybrid role. Reporting to both the PN Branch Manager and the Auckland Branch/Financial Services Business Operation Manager, you will provide a wide range of organisation and administration support across the locations and wider team. Your 'Can Do' attitude and enjoyment of role diversity will mean this opportunity provides fulfilment every day of the week.

**The Duties**:

- Sales Team Support - responsible for handling customer queries, invoicing, supporting the logistics team, customer and performance reporting, and liaising with Account Managers and Finance team
- Managing suppliers, office orders, and invoice processing
- General Housekeeping - Ensuring the office is tidy and addressing any maintenance needs
- Project and Event support where needed
