We are currently looking for a Groundskeeper Coordinator to join the Facilities team, reporting directly to the Team Leader of Operations, with 4 direct reports of your own.

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the pristine appearance and safe upkeep of Auckland Zoo's facilities and grounds. You would oversee the coordination of operational tasks essential for maintaining cleanliness, sustainability, and safety standards at the zoo.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 80 hours across 14 days on a variable roster including weekends.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

The person we are looking for would have:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, facilities management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational tasks and manage resources effectively.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and undertake out-of-hours duties as needed.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to facilities management.

In addition you will need a Full NZ drivers’ licence, with the ability to drive manual vehicles

The salary range for this position sits between $66,464 - $73,419, skillset and experience dependant.
