**About the employer**
This group is one of the largest automotive groups in New Zealand. They have a national presence and are a household name when it comes to buying a car.
They are professional, constantly in growth mode, and offer support and training when you first start and throughout your tenure with them. This group has stock readily available meaning there are no delays in getting your hard earned commission. The branches are busy and fast paced which means that no day is the same.

**The role**
Due to experiencing a surge of growth, the employer is recruiting for numerous F&I support positions based in East, Central and North Auckland.
You will be supporting the Business Manager within the branch on their rostered days off and will perform other F&I related duties. You will be completing F&I sales transactions and ensuring that all documents are executed in line with lender requirements.
General administrative duties will also form part of your duties.
**Requirements and what we are looking for**
- Decency, integrity, and strong communication skills are key attributes that we are looking for
- You should be caring and have the ability to work with customers to best assist them according to their needs i.e.just what works best for you but what is actually best for the customer
- An F&I related background would be highly regarded but we would consider the following backgrounds as well: Service Advisor, admin, and other customer relevant backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail is a required
- Prior retail customer service experience specific to motor vehicle retail operations would be a bonus
- Results driven, customer focused, and friendly
- The ability to collaborate well with others
- Full NZ drivers license
- Computer literacy
- Ensuring all documentation has been signed and is compliant with legislative processes
**Rewards**
This is a F&I support role with a base salary of $50k plus incentives based on the branch performance. Your earnings with commissions based on business secured will provide an OTE of $90k - $100k.
A roster is in place to ensure adequate time off is provided. There is weekend work involved within the role, so the willingness to work on weekends is essential.
Stock, stock, stock - they have 1000's of cars in stock so the rewards are instant and you do not have to wait months to get paid your commission.
This is a full time, permanent role offering a minimum of 40 hours per week, although weekend work is applicable on a roster. As such, hours could extend to 46 hours per week.
