**Contract**: Permanent, part time 64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE)

**Korero mō te tūranga| About the role.**

The Professional Development Unit (PDU) brings together the functions of nursing education into one integrated team. This role will work within the PDU with a focus on facilitate education within the Paediatric environment.

Additionally, the role contributes into the wider organisation educational needs to promote cohesive practice across all services.

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator Paediatrics to join our team. The role will be key to developing and promoting educational opportunities across the Paediatrics and Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).

**Moū** **|** About you**

As a Nurse Educator, you will work as part of the PDU to support clinical education within the paediatric environment. Building relationships and the promotion of interdepartmental collaboration will be essential. An ability to priorities and work autonomously in this busy and exciting role is an important attribute for the successful applicant.
