**Position Overview**:
As a Tech Lead, you'll play a vital role in driving ambitious initiatives forward. Our client is searching for an exceptional individual with expertise in Java, React, and AWS, who can effortlessly navigate between hands-on coding, project leadership, and design discussions.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across various transformative projects, lead a talented group of developers, and contribute to the creation of a new energy future.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Lead the design and implementation of innovative software solutions using Java, React, and AWS.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of energy sector projects.

Mentor and guide a team of skilled developers, fostering their growth and skill development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver results.

Drive technical excellence through code reviews, best practices, and high-quality deliverables.

Architect scalable and resilient systems, utilizing the power of AWS cloud services.

Tackle complex technical challenges head-on, ensuring optimal solutions and problem resolution.

Play a pivotal role in the creation of a positive and collaborative team culture.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven track record (5 years) in software development using Java, React, and AWS.

Strong expertise in architecting and implementing solutions within the AWS ecosystem.

Previous experience in a leadership or tech lead role, with a knack for motivating and mentoring.

Deep understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams.
