Based out of our Auckland office and hiring across predominantly NZ, but also for our wider APAC business you will be joining a dynamic People Team that fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture. **About the role**
- Execution of recruitment processes across APAC.
Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) at an expert level.
- Maintain a high level of market awareness and best practice, advising the business on specific trends and updates that will affect recruitment.
- Improve hiring manager’s capability with the interviewing process and proactive networking through recruitment sites such as LinkedIn.
- Create and manage talent pools.
- Identify, spot, own and deliver opportunities for process improvement and value add resourcing projects outside of BAU.
- Create compelling adverts that support the attraction of talent to Navico.
- Create strong networks both internally and externally to help stay up to date on market developments.
- Pro-actively network across the business to obtain detailed knowledge of each area so you have a full understanding of the business.
- Create solid relationships with your HRD’s, providing insight and clarity around hiring.
Strong background in producing MI data with commentary and meaningful insights that help drive and support hiring decisions and provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks.
**About you**
- Experience from within an in-house/TA position.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, specifically within the Software/Engineering industry.
- Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy, and awareness of the appropriate legislation across NZ
- Direct sourcing experience and building of direct sourcing strategies using professional networks, social media, talent pools, headhunting other channels.
- Experience of using and configuring an ATS.
- Ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.
Knowledge of or, experienced in a wide variety of digital recruiting solutions.
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking, and always meeting deadlines.
- Assist stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively, showing empathy, and responding with urgency to requests.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Experience of working for a global matrix organisation.
