Auckland City, New Zealand LRI Invest S.A. Full time

Apex Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registry Officer to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Auckland that comes with a favourable salary and the opportunity to explore flexible working arrangements.

As a Registry Officer, you will service and manage the day-to-day running of the Registry on behalf of our clients. You will also have the opportunity to explore working arrangements. Please note that attention to detail is crucial in this role, and you will need the ability to use initiative and be empathetic to detail your work.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

- Assist with setup and maintenance of client static data to ensure data is accurate and up to date
- Prepare bank and other unit registry reconciliations for funds in a timely manner
- Assist the Registry Services team in ensuring that all service delivery standards set for the unit registry division are met
- Reconciling and filing the monthly IRD returns.
- A proven ability to understand and follow a process
- Working knowledge of the PIE Tax regime would be useful.
