**Mō te Tūranga - About the Role**

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for taking a leadership role within this growing chapter and the wider tribe. Day to day you’ll be managing the end-to-end process of taking new products to market and contributing to the existing product roadmaps. This will also include the reworking of existing products to improve our customer’s experience.

This exciting role sits within our Consumer Finance Chapter, which is an important strategic area of focus. The Consumer Finance product squads are accountable for ensuring that Westpac New Zealand has the right consumer finance products including Credit Cards, Personal Loans & Overdrafts.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, loves to take the lead and is comfortable working collaboratively in cross functional teams. You must be an excellent communicator and will ideally come from a background in financial services or credit cards.

**Ōu Pūkenga - About You**
- 6+ years’ previous experience in a product management role.
- Experience working in the professional services industry (Banking, Credit Cards and/or Consumer Finance roles would be advantageous).
- Proven innovation management skills, with the ability to bring creative ideas of others to life.
- Product delivery experience is essential.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing a P&L.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to a fast and effective outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
