The** **IDEA Services team in Kapiti are looking for people full of energy and resilience to join in. Ideally, you will be committed to adhering to person-centred support, but confident to deal with the changing nature of the role and the sometimes challenging and complex behaviours. This is a rewarding role where personal development and quality of life is dependent on you, so the ability to build a good rapport and a compassionate nature is a must-have.

In return, you will be given stimulating and meaningful work where you will be supported by a team of committed and supportive Support Workers and make every day interesting in ways that are important to others.
