We are looking for a Team Leader to join the Identity Management Team based in Wellington.

The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of Identity Resolvers, Senior Identity Resolvers, and Identity Specialists within the Identity Management Team.

- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Sound organisational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop others.
- Ability to establish sound working relationships.
- Ability to remain focused while delivering consistent, accurate results.
- Follow instructions and procedures with a minimum of direction.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the functions and operational practices of Immigration New Zealand, or the ability to quickly acquire said knowledge quickly or relevant transferrable experience from within a New Zealand Government Agency.
- Knowledge of biometric and biographic information and identity management, or the ability to acquire said knowledge quickly.
- Must be a NZ citizen or Permanent resident

You may be required to work over the Christmas/New Year period (excluding stats).
