As a Copywriter - Product, you will be responsible for creating product and technical content for the Fisher & Paykel, DCS and Haier websites in both online and offline mediums. You will work closely with the Brand & Content and Product Management teams to write copy that helps us introduce new products to both consumer-facing and B2B audiences.

Reporting to the Chief Designer - Brand & Content, you will:

- Create engaging product descriptions for our website and other spec sheets
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that product messaging is accurate and meets customer needs
- Research and understand the technical details of our products and translate them into consumer-friendly copy
- Write both short and long product copy, adhering to strict character counts and frameworks
- Develop and maintain product messaging, conventions and tone of voice guidelines
- Be a guardian for our brand messaging, ensuring that consistency and tone of voice is maintained across website touchpoints
- Collaborate with other copywriters to peer review and edit, brainstorm and share resources

What we are looking for
- Recent copywriting or technical writing experience (2+ years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of technical writing best practices and ability to translate technical information into user-friendly copy
- Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit our different brands and audiences
- Great stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills - being proactive to get the job done
