We’re seeking the support of a Commercial Administrator to join our team in Wellington on a full time permanent basis.
**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
The Commercial Administrator is responsible for providing quality administrative services and contributes to the overall success of the Commercial team. The primary focus of the role is supporting asset management, procurement and logistics and playing a key role in providing administration support.
Contracts, fleet and property system administration as well as project support will ensure this role is active and varied. You will coordinate the procurement, production and distribution of Plunket collateral and resources, as well as supporting the Property Team with general property repairs and maintenance requests.

We are looking for a people-orientated, multi-tasker to join our team. You’ll have a strong customer service ethic and be comfortable working autonomously while staying connected with the wider support teams in Plunket.
You’ll be an organised, proactive and an adaptable multi-tasker able to use technology to work smarter. Ideally you will be competent in using MSExcel, but training in our systems and processes will be provided. You will be a fast learner with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
