**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pūkenga | Lecturer (Teaching & Administration) to work in a team to deliver the Masters in Organisational Psychology programme, offered through UC Online.

The Master of Organisational Psychology is a recently launched programme in the School of Psychology, Speech and Hearing, designed to equip and upskill aspiring and established leaders, managers, and Human Resource professionals with the skills and knowledge to drive positive change and improve organisational effectiveness. The programme, which is delivered in a fully online learning environment, is aimed at working professionals and has a focus on adult learners who tend to be intrinsically motivated and bring industry experience and expertise.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about programme development and delivery, who demonstrates care for learners' wellbeing, and who is and comfortable working in an online context. Your key responsibilities will involve mentoring and supporting learners, through facilitating weekly online meetings, providing assessment feedback, and assisting learners with their course progress.

- Be comfortable in engaging students in an online environment
- Evidence of reflective learning and continuous professional development
- Expert knowledge in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Areas of expertise include psychological assessment and intervention; selection; learning, training, and development; leadership, motivation and engagement, performance management; work design, organisational change, and development; and health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Demonstrate an understanding of bicultural and multicultural issues in Aotearoa New Zealand society, including a commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi | The Treaty of Waitangi, and display a willingness to engage professionally with equity and diversity.

This role sits within the Academic Staff, Associated Staff and Academic Support Staff Collective Agreement and the following salary scale applies**:Lecturer (Teaching and Administration **Grade 2.01 - 2.04) **$79,068** p.a.**:
