**The Opportunity**
The People Coordinator role will provide high-quality support throughout all people activities and processes while ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service is provided at all times.
As an integral member of the People Operations Team, the People Coordinator will provide support and assistance to a wide range of functions including induction, remuneration reviews, staff changes, performance and general people advice and communications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your career in HR while being a part of a supportive and exciting team.
**The Role**
Reporting into the People Operations Manager, your direct responsibilities will include:
- Prepare people documents, templates, letters, onboarding materials, variations and changes
- Provide back up support in the preparation of employment offers
- Provide first-rate support and assistance to the People Operations team
- Coordinate, design and prepare internal communications across the People Operations Team (e.g. newsletters / online posts)
- Provide coordination and administration support to projects, meetings and events
**About you**
Important to this role:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or evidence of strong administration skills
- Working knowledge of administering employment practices would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
