**About the role**:

- This customer-focused administration team is responsible for the provision of quality administration services to customers.
- The primary purpose of this role is to respond to member inquiries in a professional and timely manner. In addition, providing support to administrative processing including peer reviewing defined tasks.
- Contribute to the overall team morale by maintaining professional and positive working relationships with work colleagues and adhering to Mercer policies and procedures.

**Prime responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the processing and peer review of allocated tasks is completed accurately and within assigned and measured Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Respond to inquiries from Global Service Delivery (GSD) and other internal teams with respect to transactions.
- Contribute to the training of other colleagues within the Administration Operations Team.
- Completion of all workflow management requirements and contribute to team planning meetings.
- Completion of daily and regular tasks as required including scanning, inbox and cashflow management.
- Meet all compliance requirements, including mandatory training and timely reporting of identified compliance issues.

**We would like you to have**:
**Education;**
- NCEA level 3 or equivalent.

**Experience;**
- Proven experience within an administration or customer service environment.
- Superannuation experience preferred.
- Experience working in a team environment.

**Knowledge and skills;**
- Computer skills (basic Excel, Word & typing skills).
- Attention to detail.
- Process and task focused.
- Understanding of superannuation processes.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Show initiative and contribute to a continuous improvement environment.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
